In Kickboxing, we blend the techniques of Muay Thai (from Thailand) and Western Boxing with some methods of American Kickboxing.
This class incorporates all the aspects of striking including: focus pad and heavy bag drills, foot work and striking with the hands, feet, knees and elbows.
WE TEACH ONLY TECHNIQUES THAT REALLY WORK
There are NO Katas or Forms here, only techniques you will need to defend yourself on the street, in the ring or in the cage.
This class is very conditioning oriented, burning an average of 800 calories in the hour! All of the Fight Hub HQ’s classes are taught by some of the most experienced Kickboxing coaches in the region.
